摘要:高校肩负着人才培养的重任,推动教学改革任重道远。新工科背景下,构建电缆“微专业”课程,需坚持就业为导向的育人理念,突显电缆“微专业”课程以学生为中心,从企业需求出发的专业特色,遵循课程构建个性化与智能化原则,明确电缆“微专业”课程构建的育人目标、内容体系、教学方法与手段、评价体系四部分内容,推动高校电缆专业的人才培养质量稳步提升。

1 引言
高校肩负着人才培养的重任[1]。在新工科背景下,构建地方电缆“微专业”课程,需要坚持就业为导向的育人理念,突显电缆“微专业”课程以学生为中心,从企业需求出发的专业特色,遵循课程构建个性化与智能化原则,厘清各课程要素之间的内容布局,推动高校电缆专业的人才培养质量稳步提升。地方电缆“微专业”课程系统构建如图 1 所示。
